The tightening system requires an analysis of the tightening position to confirm the type of tightening module. The type of tightening interference usually has plane interference, unilateral interference, multilateral interference and countersink interference. The interference around the tightening position is a key factor in determining which tightening module to be used.
The minimum margin is the minimum distance from the edge of the screw head to the interference side of the product. Usually the outsourced bit requires a margin that is larger than the margin required for the embedded bit.
Plane without interference < unilateral interference ≤ multilateral interference ≤ countersink interference
