Choosing the right nozzle is very important when designing automatic feeding and tightening system. The proper size of nozzle can ensure the accuracy and fastness of screw position in the process of screw feeding and screw tightening. In addition, nozzle’s externally outline must keep the same shape with screw. In order to ensure the correct nozzle is used, please note the following parameters:

• Screw Dimensions
• Screw assembly space

• The depth of screw tightening position

• The distance from the head of the screw to the edge of the product

According to different tightening positions, we have developed three types of standard nozzles, Screw blow nozzle , screw blow guide sleeve nozzle and vacuum nozzle. Based on different L/D(length-diameter ratio) of screws, each type of nozzle corresponds to three types: standard type, swivel tube type and swivel mouthpiece type, which can be applied to most working condition. We can also design special customized nozzle according to different working conditions.
